All Lendpilot pages and forms are served over HTTPS. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS. Our hosting platform encrypts data at rest.

How we protect your data
This page is maintained by Lendpilot to answer common security and privacy questions. It describes current practices and platform capabilities - not independent certification.
Bot protection
We use Cloudflare Turnstile on application and upload forms to reduce automated abuse and protect your information.
What we collect & why
We collect business and personal information only to evaluate funding eligibility, process your application, and communicate with you. Our pre-qualification uses a soft credit pull that does not impact your credit score. We do not sell your personal information.
Subprocessors & integrations
We rely on trusted service providers for hosting, email delivery, and credit verification. We only share data with partners when necessary to process your application or fulfill legal obligations.
Retention & deletion
We keep application data for as long as necessary to provide services and meet legal requirements. You can request deletion of your personal data by contacting us at LPI@Lendpilot.com.
Access & authentication
Internal dashboards are protected by role-based access. Team members can only view the data required for their role. We review access regularly.
Report a security issue
If you believe you have discovered a security vulnerability-free vulnerability in our application, please email us directly. We review all reports and respond as quickly as possible.
